Um homem de 20 anos foi preso em flagrante na resid&ecirc;ncia onde a arma foi encontrada, mas foi solto na tarde deste s&aacute;bado ap&oacute;s audi&ecirc;ncia de cust&oacute;dia no F&oacute;rum da Capital.<\/p>\n<p>A juiza plantonista Ana Luisa Schmdit Ramos entendeu que por n&atilde;o ter passagens pela pol&iacute;cia ele pode cumprir medidas cautelares, ao inv&eacute;s de ser preso. Ele tamb&eacute;m ter&aacute; quer se apresentar todo m&ecirc;s para a Justi&ccedil;a e caso descumpra algum ponto da decis&atilde;o deve ser preso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O Coronel Ara&uacute;jo Gomes, Comandante da PMSC, lamentou a decis&atilde;o.
